At Bamboo Coaching, my approach centres on transformational life coaching; providing a safe, collaborative space that invites honesty, reflection, and meaningful change.
My role is to walk alongside you as we explore what makes you uniquely you: your thoughts, patterns, challenges, values, and the vision you hold for your life.
While coaching is focused on your future, I also hold space for your story to be heard - acknowledging the path you have walked and experiences you have gone through.
Together, we will gently uncover the beliefs, patterns, and early experiences that shape how you think, feel, and respond today.
Drawing on my background in psychology, I integrate a range of evidence-informed approaches to support your journey, including:
🧠 Cognitive Behavioural Techniques - increasing awareness of thought patterns and how they shape behaviour
🔄 Transactional Analysis - exploring communication dynamics and the roles we take on in relationships
🪞 Person-Centred and Presence-Based Coaching - creating a grounded, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and seen
🖼️ Narrative & Visualisation Practices - helping you reframe your story and envision new possibilities
🔄 Paradigm Shifting - enabling you to shift deeply held perspectives, open new ways of seeing, and break free from limiting mindsets
I’ve supported clients through a wide range of personal, professional, and psychological challenges - including navigating career transitions, building self-confidence, improving relationships, managing stress and burnout, creating healthier habits, and finding greater purpose and balance in life.
I also work with individuals experiencing mild to moderate anxiety, low mood, or self-doubt. I help them to regain clarity, motivation, and momentum.
I use elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in conjunction with coaching practices, supporting clients to shift unhelpful thought patterns and build practical strategies for change.
While coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, it can be a powerful tool for those who are emotionally stable and ready to move forward, even if they’re still carrying the weight of past or present challenges or trauma.
As a Christian, I’m able to incorporate faith-based perspectives into coaching sessions for clients who find that valuable. This is always led by your preferences and comfort - faith is only included when specifically requested. I work respectfully with clients from all backgrounds, beliefs, and worldviews.

such a valuable part of my self development.
After each session I felt like something significant had shifted within; be it breaking up with my impostor syndrome or changing my attitude towards how to talk about money.””
